Once you have the Blowtorch, make your way toward the Research Facility. Make sure you have found the Blowtorch inside the same dome where Vending Machine was located. This will open up the door and allow you to explore and loot all the resources. The Electrical Cable which we have been gathering earlier will be used to connect the main power supply to each Dome.
